1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Zamplo Data Inc. ("Zamplo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information in connection with www.zamplo.com and the Zamplo software platform, dashboards, maps, reports, exports, APIs, white-label or partner services, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
This policy applies to account holders, authorized users, website visitors, prospects, business contacts, and individuals whose property or contact information appears in the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information including:
- Account and business information, such as name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, login credentials, and account identifiers.
- Subscription and transaction information, such as plan, billing status, payment history, invoices, refunds, and transaction identifiers. Full payment-card details are generally processed by our payment processor.
- Service activity and customer content, such as searches, saved properties, lists, filters, exports, uploaded files, notes, preferences, support communications, and referral or partner information.
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device type, operating system, pages and features used, dates and times, cookies, and diagnostic or security logs.
- Property and property-related information, such as addresses, parcel numbers, ownership, mailing addresses, transaction history, mortgage or lien indicators, tax information, property characteristics, listing and sale status, valuations, maps, parcel boundaries, and related records.
- Property-owner and contact information, which may include names, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, business affiliations, and other contact or skip-tracing information.
- Derived information, such as classifications, scores, estimates, likely matches, or insights generated from available property, contact, and account information.
3. Sources of Information
We may collect information directly from users; automatically through the Service; from payment, hosting, analytics, support, security, and other service providers; from property-data, listing, mapping, contact, and skip-tracing providers; from public records and publicly available websites or listings; from referral, integration, and white-label partners; from customers; and from other lawful sources.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- provide, administer, secure, support, personalize, and improve the Service;
- create and manage accounts, process payments, and administer subscriptions;
- provide property searches, maps, reports, exports, contact information, analytics, and related functionality;
- communicate about accounts, transactions, support, updates, offers, and services;
- analyze usage, test features, troubleshoot errors, and develop or improve products and services;
- detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, misuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
- enforce our Terms of Service, vendor restrictions, and other agreements;
- comply with law, legal process, regulatory requests, and contractual obligations; and
- evaluate, negotiate, complete, or administer a financing, merger, reorganization, asset sale, sale of the Service, change of control, or similar transaction.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Service, including to:
- service providers and contractors supporting hosting, payments, communications, CRM, analytics, security, customer support, development, and professional services;
- data, mapping, listing, contact, and integration providers;
- business customers and authorized users as part of property searches, reports, displays, exports, or other Service functionality;
- referral, white-label, integration, and strategic partners;
- professional advisers, financing sources, prospective purchasers, and transaction parties;
- government authorities, courts, law enforcement, regulators, or other persons where required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or security; and
- an affiliate, successor, purchaser, or acquirer in connection with a financing, merger, reorganization, change of control, asset sale, sale of the Service, or similar transaction.
6. Property, Public-Record, and Third-Party Data
The Service includes information about properties and individuals that may not have been collected directly from the person to whom it relates. Sources may include government and other public records, licensed data providers, public websites and listings, partners, and customer submissions.
As part of the Service, we may compile, combine, analyze, display, license, or provide property, ownership, transaction, listing, valuation, mapping, and contact information to business customers and authorized users. Information may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, delayed, or outdated, and users are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, logs, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand use of the Service, measure performance, improve features, prevent fraud, and support security. Browser or device settings may allow you to limit some technologies, although doing so may affect Service functionality.
8. Communications
We may send account, transaction, support, security, product, and service communications by email, telephone, text message, or other available methods. You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Transactional and service-related communications may continue while you maintain an account or where otherwise permitted by law.
9. Retention, Security, and International Processing
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the Service, preserve business and transaction records, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Information may also remain in backups for a limited period.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Information may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different privacy laws, and information may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or regulators in accordance with applicable law.
10. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on applicable law and the information involved, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing. You may also request information about our handling of your personal information.
Requests may be subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, record-retention requirements, vendor restrictions, public-record limitations, technical feasibility, and our need to protect the rights and information of others. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law.

11. Children
The Service is intended for business and professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review the matter.
12. Business Transactions
We may disclose or transfer information in connection with an actual or proposed financing, merger, reorganization, change of control, asset sale, sale of the Service, or similar transaction. A purchaser, successor, or assignee may continue to use and process information in connection with the Service, subject to applicable law and any commitments that remain applicable.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties, and their own policies and terms apply.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Where required, we may provide additional notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method.
