Zamplo partners with global merchants in order to provide you the lowest prices and the best products.   Because we ship directly from our partners in other parts of the world, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way

  • How much is shipping?
    • This can vary depending on the product you order, the items size and weight and where you are located.   We often offer Free Shipping or discounted shipping for buying multiple items.  If you are interested in buying large quantities in bulk please email orders@zamplo.com

  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • This depends on the product ordered.  Most items will arrive in about 3-5 weeks. If you're still not sure, just email us.  We're happy to help.
  • Can I have a tracking number?
    • Some of our merchant partners supply tracking numbers.  Please email orders@zamplo.com to request a tracking number or information on your order. 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.
    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      • This will happen on occasion because we work with so many merchants.   If you order 2+ items they may be shipped from separate warehouses.      We want you got get your items as quickly as possible so we will ship them as soon as possible.  This means that you may receive one item before the next.  But don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
    • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
      • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.

        If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
      • What is your refund policy?

        • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  This means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order.

        • In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please email orders@zamplo.com and we will issue a refund or send you another item.
